Social and Health Walk

Sunday 7th September.

All welcome - Just turn up!
Come and go as you please.
Meeting at the Grouse Pub car park, Froggatt Edge
at noon. We will be doing a scenic walk with stunning
views all the way, at a leisurely stroll.
Meeting back at the Grouse Pub at 2pm for a
social drink, lunch (non obligatory) and a chat.

6 moves for £6 in 60 minutes

These workshops will be mainly move based
with a little technique and style thrown in
for good measure.
